Kennel billing software that gets the figure right the first time

Billing a boarding stay sounds simple until a dog leaves two days early, the owner asks for grooming, the stay crosses a month, and part was paid in cash and part by transfer. Done by hand, each of these is a chance for the invoice and the client's own sums to disagree.

Kennelio calculates every stay with one billing engine and keeps every payment against the client's account, so the figure is the same on every screen and on paper.

A printed bilingual invoice with the nights, the rate, payments and the balance

One engine for every kind of stay

Nightly and monthly rates, daycare visits, add-ons, holds, discounts and transport are all calculated in one place. A dog that leaves early or arrives late is charged for the nights it was actually there, and nobody re-adds the figures in a separate spreadsheet.

Invoices and statements clients can read

Print an invoice for a stay or a statement for the client's whole account, in English or Arabic. Each shows the dates, the rate, the add-ons, what has been paid and what is left.

Payments by method, and who owes what

Record each payment with its method, such as cash or bank transfer. Each client has one account across all their dogs and stays, so you can see what is owed today, by the end of the month and for the whole stay. The owner can keep the money views to themselves.

Questions, answered

Can clients pay through the system?

No. You receive payment the way you do today, and your staff record it by method against the client's account.

Can I send a statement on WhatsApp?

You can print a statement or save it, and share it with the client yourself in the way you prefer.

Does a monthly boarder get a monthly rate?

Yes. A stay can be billed nightly or monthly, and the same engine handles both.
