Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Kennelio (“we”, “us”), a product of Provada, collects when a facility (“tenant”) and its staff or customers (“you”) use the service, and how it is used and protected.

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, and role for each staff member invited to a tenant. Operational data: bookings, payments, owner and dog records, vaccination history, and expenses that a facility enters to run its business. We do not sell this data or use it to train third-party models.

2. How data is isolated

Every record is scoped to a single tenant with a tenant_id and enforced by Postgres Row-Level Security — described in full in our security overview. Staff at one facility can never query another facility's data through the product.

3. Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service: a managed Postgres/auth provider for the database and authentication, and a payments provider for subscription billing. Sub-processors only receive the minimum data required to perform their function and are bound by their own data protection terms.

4. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time. Tenant owners can export their full facility dataset from Settings. On cancellation, tenant data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless we're legally required to keep it longer.
