Kennel management software: the desk, the money and the records in one place

Managing a kennel means three jobs at once: the front desk, the books and the animal records. When each lives in a different tool, the numbers disagree and things get missed. Kennelio keeps all three on the same data.

A client, a dog and an invoice are each defined once, so a change made at the desk shows up in the balance, the statement and the report.

Who owes what, without a spreadsheet

Each client has one account that adds up all their dogs and stays. You can see what is owed today, what is owed by the end of the month and what the whole stay will cost, and print a statement for the client.

Reports for the owner

Income, expenses, salaries, fixed costs and profit by month, with partner shares where the business has partners. Printable and consistent with the figures on the daily screens.

Separate, private data for every facility

Every facility's data sits behind row-level security in the database, so one facility can never read another's clients or figures. Staff get roles, and sensitive money screens can be limited to the owner.

A link for clients to introduce themselves

Send new clients a sign-up link. They enter their details, their dogs and the dates they want, and you review the request before anything is added. The link can be tagged per channel, so you can see which ad or page each client came from.

Questions, answered

Can several staff use it at once?

Yes. Staff have their own logins and roles, and the owner chooses what each role can see.

What happens to my data if I stop using it?

You can export a backup of your facility's data. Ask us before you decide and we will explain the options.

Is it available in Arabic?

Yes — the product, client messages and printed statements work in Arabic and English.
