Dog daycare software that works beside your boarding

Daycare brings a different rhythm to a kennel. Dogs arrive in the morning and leave in the evening, some come every day and some once a week, and many of the same dogs also board overnight. When daycare is kept in a separate notebook, the visits, the payments and the care notes drift apart.

Kennelio keeps daycare visits in the same system as your overnight stays, so one client, one dog and one account cover both.

The arrivals list showing the dogs expected today, ready to check in

Daycare visits on the same bill

Daycare visits are priced and tracked alongside nightly and monthly stays, using the same billing engine. Add-ons such as grooming or training go on the same account, so the client sees one clear statement instead of separate notes for each service.

Know who is in today

The arrivals list and the in-house list show which dogs are expected and which are already with you. Staff on shift can open any dog's record and see its feeding notes, medication and handling warnings before taking it out to play.

Vaccinations checked before a dog joins the group

Daycare dogs mix with each other, so vaccination dates matter. Each dog's vaccinations are recorded with their due dates, and when one is due, one tap opens a ready WhatsApp message to the owner. You read it and decide when to send it.

Questions, answered

Can a dog do daycare and also board overnight?

Yes. Both are kept on the same dog and the same client account, so nothing has to be entered twice.

Can I set my own daycare rate?

Yes. You set your own rates for daycare, nightly and monthly stays, and for any add-ons you offer.

Does it work on a tablet at the front desk?

Yes. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.
